Matt Morse: Founder and CEO
Matt is the founder and CEO of Concepts Agency Group. He is a Stony Brook University Alumni where he studied political science and business administration. He began his insurance career as a sales representative for Liberty Mutual in 2006 and then started Concepts in the fall of 2009. He has the professional designation of Small Business Coverage Specialist (SBCS) from The Hartford School of Insurance. Matt loves insurance, especially when educating people about the intersection of insurance, business and technology. He has special interest in real estate, construction, cyber security and the cannabis spaces, however his true passion in is learning about Bitcoin.
Kristen Morse: President of Sales and Operations
Kristen is the President of Sales and Operations at Concepts. She is a Stony Brook University Alumni, where she received a Masters degree in liberal studies. Kristen has worked in both the claims and sales side of the insurance industry giving her exceptional knowledge and experiences to help our clients. When she is not in the office, she is dedicated to community service. Kristen is a board member (currently President-Elect) of the Babylon Rotary Club. She has raised money for countless charities and has organized multiple food drives for the Town of Babylon Animal Shelter.
Erik Salveson: Vice-President of Customer Service
Erik is the Vice President of Customer Service at Concepts Agency Group. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University where he studied business administration. He has a decade of experience in the insurance industry. Erik is licensed in both Property & Casualty as well as Life, Accident & Health. He enjoys working with clients and guiding them in an efficient process to help them with their insurance needs.
